Christian G. Diskus (M'92, SM'00) holds the position of an Associate Professor at the Institute for Microelectronics and Microsensors at the Johannes Kepler University in Linz. His expertise includes semiconductor technology, fabrication of semiconductor devices, modeling, design, fabrication, and measurement of high frequency devices. His current work concentrates on high accuracy microwave sensors, especially radar and ultra wide band techniques.
