Power Electronics for Energy Transition Symposium 29.-30.9.2026
About This Event
Power Electronics is one of the key technologies for the energy transition. Two of Austria’s largest research centers for electronic systems – AIT Austrian Institute of Technology and Silicon Austria Labs (SAL) have joined forces to organize this event as a meeting point for industry and academia in central Europe.
The Power Electronics for Energy Transition Symposium will focus on newest technology for Medium-voltage power electronics, Grid-forming systems (AC and DC), Electrification of industrial processes and E-mobility – from Automotive to Aerospace.

Both industry and academia are invited to hand in abstracts related to the aforementioned symposium topics for either an Oral or Poster presentation. No final paper submission required.
Deadline to submit your contribution: 4th May 2026
Notification of acceptance/rejection: 15th June 2026
Contributions will NOT be published on IEEE Xplore
Exhibition: A table-top-exhibition will accompany the event.
